- You may return any unused/non-worn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
- All returns must be in the original manufacturer box and in its original new condition.
- You will be charged the full amount if shoes have been worn and are not in its original new condition. Shoes that are soiled, with scuffed soles and/or toe marks are not returnable and will be returned at your expense.
- A separate shipping box must be used with the original manufacturer box inside for a return.
- Do not place tape, postage or write on manufacturer's shoe box, otherwise an $8.00 Re-Boxing fee will apply
- A Return/Exchange form is not required. You may include a note indicating the return with your name, address and phone number.
- We issue credits (minus re-stocking or re-boxing fees, if any) within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
- Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. For exact dates, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly for further assistance.
- We do not pay for shipping returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
- If the delivery company has confirmed that your items were delivered to the requested address, Sneakerland assumes that you have received your order. If the order has not arrived within ten days, prior to contacting Sneakerland, please contact your local post office with the tracking information. Packages are often accepted by a friend, neighbor or relative. If delivery company has confirmed delivery, we cannot be held responsible and will not re-ship the order. Any lost and/or damaged shipping claims are done directly through delivery company. delivery company normally allows 2-4 weeks to finalize the claim and for the money to be refunded.
- Domestic shipping exchanges will be charged an $8.95 fee.
- You may also place a new order instead. This is the fastest and easiest way to make sure we have your size/style in stock.
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed.
- We do not pay for shipping exchanges.
